After launch, support can include daily administrative support, revenue and productivity reviews, with guidance as your practice grows.

Practice Management

Growth
For established providers whose growing practices require a higher level of administrative and practice management support. In addition to the other services at this level, you will also receive the APRN Complete Practice Compass Guide.
Practice Management & Growth is for established practices that need more ongoing support. Our healthcare administrative team manages the daily responsibilities in your customized plan, while APRN Complete closely monitors revenue, productivity, and overall practice performance.
We identify areas that may be costing you time or money, address issues that could be limiting growth, and develop practical strategies to strengthen your practice. We also coordinate with your billing, credentialing, and other outside partners, following up on outstanding issues so you aren't left managing multiple companies yourself.
You’ll meet with Elizabeth Larson at least weekly to review your practice, discuss concerns, evaluate goals, and decide what needs attention next.
As your practice grows, your support grows with it. We adjust what we manage based on what your practice needs.
The goal is simple: manage the details, strengthen the business, and give your practice the support it needs to continue growing.

$125 per hour. No package or ongoing commitment required.
If your APRN Complete service plan already includes consultation time, that guidance is included in your plan. You do not need to book a separate hourly session.

APRN Complete provides educational information, practice guidance, and administrative assistance. Each healthcare provider is solely responsible for understanding and complying with the laws, regulations, licensing requirements, prescribing rules, and professional standards that apply to their individual practice.
