My Story

I never set out to become a healthcare entrepreneur. But healthcare is the only business I have ever worked in from my first part-time job as a teenager working in my own doctor’s office in Greenwich, CT.

Like many nurse practitioners, I entered healthcare because I wanted to care for patients and make a meaningful difference in people's lives. Over time, however, I discovered a passion for building systems, developing operational processes, solving complex problems, and helping healthcare organizations grow and thrive.

Over the past two decades, I have served as a clinician, practice owner, healthcare executive, and business leader. And along the way, I discovered some things that changed the entire course of my career. Many exceptional healthcare providers dream about independence and never pursue it only because the process seems too overwhelming. They have all of the clinical skills, the talent and the knowledge to purse their dreams, but fear of not understanding the business side of healthcare stops them, and they settle working for someone else’s dream. I understand that feeling because I've lived it. And the lived experience is what led me to create APRN Complete.

My passion is helping healthcare providers achieve the independence they have worked so hard to earn. Too many talented clinicians remain bound by healthcare's "golden handcuffs," believing that ownership is too complicated, too risky, or simply out of reach. I believe otherwise. I believe providers deserve the opportunity to build practices that reflect their own values and to create the professional freedom they deserve.

Today, APRN Complete serves as a trusted guide for healthcare providers who are ready to take that next step. Whether you're exploring practice ownership, launching a new venture, or looking for support as your business grows, my goal is simple: help you navigate the journey with confidence.
